Storyline: Runner 2026 follows a former soldier who takes on a dangerous mission after a young girl urgently needs a critical medical delivery. At first, the journey seems difficult but manageable. However, everything changes when a ruthless cartel discovers the delivery and begins chasing the pair. Meanwhile, the former soldier travels with an unlikely partner who brings a very different attitude to the mission. Although they do not always agree, both men understand that they must work together to keep the medicine safe. As they race through dangerous areas, they face armed enemies, sudden attacks, and unexpected obstacles.
